‘Milk, Ghee and Butter’ break the Content Clutter
With the challenge of creating awareness of a dairy brand in the market, we conceptualised a series of social media posts featuring staple dairy items that were widely appreciated by the audience.
The creatively conceptualized strategy of coupling dairy staples with their complementary food items, together with an interesting one-liner copy on friendship was the perfect recipe for success as Namaste India broke the content clutter and stood out from the noise of the crowd in the market. The genial communication approach effectively appealed to the audience with its relatable reference.

The Challenge We Faced
The challenge was to help the dairy brand make a distinct mark in the North Indian market amongst top milk brands like Amul, Mother Dairy, and other regional brands as well. Since the products are generic, we had to bring a uniqueness in our communication strategy which broke the clutter.
Our Strategy & Design Process
We designed a series of appealing posts for each product with witty copy which stood out amongst the rest. We ensured brand visibility and recall through interesting product communications with a wordplay on friendship associating the dairy products with their complementary food items.
The Result We Achieved
The content remarkably helped increase the brand’s visibility and organic engagement rate on social media platforms like Facebook & Instagram. By building an intriguing communication strategy for three of their top dairy staples, we created the awareness that the brand was looking for.
